To help us finalize the logistical arrangements and ensure you have a pleasant experience, we kindly request you to complete the Conference Logistics Survey at the link below.

This survey collects important information regarding:

• Dietary Restrictions: To ensure we can cater to your needs (e.g., Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, allergies).

  
  

• Lunch Attendance: Confirmation of your joining for the conference lunches on Day 1 and Day 2.

  
  

• Accommodation: Indication of whether you require the conference special-rate accommodation.

• Note. If you indicate that you need the special-rate accommodation, please remember to also complete the separate Accommodation Booking Form provided within the survey to secure your reservation.

  
  

• Social Activity (Short Lake Cruise): Registration for the optional cruise scheduled before the Day 1 dinner.
