Dear ARWA 2026 Participants,
We hope this email finds you well and that you had a fruitful and inspiring experience at the recent ARWA 2026 conference.
Following the success of our gathering, we are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to publish your research. We have arranged a Special Issue dedicated to the themes and discussions of ARWA 2026 in the prestigious top-tier journal, Reading and Writing: An Interdisciplinary Journal.
We highly encourage you to expand upon the valuable research you presented or discussed during the conference and submit your manuscript for consideration in this Special Issue.

As the conference is approaching, we would like to share several important reminders to help ensure a smooth arrival and participation.
1. Online Check-in System for the Conference
Please access the registration information hub via the link below:
We strongly encourage you to take a screenshot of your personal QR code in advance. This will help expedite the on-site check-in process.
2. Accommodation Confirmation (Important)
Participants who completed the accommodation request form should have received a confirmation email including a booking confirmation number.Only those who have received a confirmation reply with a booking number have successfully secured their reservation.
If you are uncertain whether your reservation was successfully processed, please contact us at:t4130@mail.nknu.edu.tw
Kindly note the following:
At this stage, we are only able to assist in confirming whether a booking exists.
We are unable to make new reservations or modify existing bookings.
All reservations must follow the original check-in and check-out dates submitted via the accommodation form. Changes are no longer possible.
We appreciate your understanding regarding these arrangements.
3. Conference Handbook
The electronic version of the Conference Handbook is attached to this email for your reference. We recommend reviewing it in advance for detailed program information.
4. TALD Participation
