Accommodation and Trip Information
Regarding accommodation for ARWA 2026, we are planning to arrange a few hotels for your reference. Currently, only the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel Kaohsiung, which is the ARWA Conference Venue, has been confirmed. Another nearby (and budget-friendly) hotel is still under negotiation; we will send a separate notice once confirmed.
The Grand Hi-Lai Hotel Kaohsiung offers the following room types:
(1) Economy Double Room (Floor: 15–19): NT$3800 - 4800 (approx. USD126 - 160) / per night
Only 20 rooms available, first-come, first-served.
No welcome snacks, minibar, or complimentary access to hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna) - extra charges apply.
(2) Standard Double Room (Floor: 27–39): NT$5082 - 6237 (approx. USD168 - 206) / per night
Includes welcome snacks, minibar, and free access to hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna).

Notes:
(1) Free wireless internet access in the room.
(2) Check-in time: 3:00 pm / Check-out time: 11:00 am.
(3) Room rates include both a 10% service charge and 5% Government Tax.
(4) Disposable amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, and shaving foam) will no longer be provided automatically. Please bring your own personal toiletries.

Conference Lunch: Conference lunches would be provided free-of-charge on Day 1 and Day 2.
Social Activity (Short Lake Cruise): Optional cruise is scheduled before the Day 1 dinner.

Conference Dinner: A highlight of ARWA 2026 where we can celebrate and network together.
The dinner will take place on the evening of the first day of the conference, immediately following the Short Lake Cruise.
