Dear all,

Good day, this is Vince Ngan from ARWA. We are excited to have received many abstract submissions from interested prospective attendees for ARWA 2026, and we look forward to seeing you at Kaohsiung soon.

We have received some inquiries about the procedures of conference registration, including the differences between the fee options. Therefore, for your kind information, we have included the essential steps below:

  1. To begin, please go to the ARWA Payment portal at https://www.arwasia.org/payment. It may also be found at the top of our website. You would also be prompted to log in if you are not already logged in.

  2. Here, you will have two routes for conference registration. To register for the conference as an active ARWA dues-paying member for the year 2026 and pay an overall lower fee combined, please follow route A below. To register for the conference as a non-member, please follow route B below.

    Route A (Dues-paying members)

    1. First, click on Pay for membership.

    2. Select the correct membership plan using the tabs, and then press Select.

Student Applicant: Applicants who are full-time students from a university or other academic institutions.

Regular Applicant: Applicants who are not eligible for student discounts.

Special Pricing for Lower-middle/Low-income Economies: Applicants from lower-middle/low-income economies (Please see * at the end of the email, for a detailed list of eligible economies).

    3. Enter your payment details and click Buy Now to complete the payment of annual membership dues. An automatically generated email receipt would be sent to the email associated with your ARWA account.

Your payment of the dues means you will be an active ARWA member for the indicated year.

    4. Next, return to the Payment portal, this time selecting Pay for registration.

    5. Select 'Yes, take me to the members-only ARWA 2026 registration payment page'. This page is only available for members who paid membership dues for the year 2026.

    6. Select the correct conference registration plan using the tabs, similar to membership payment, and then press Select.

    7. Complete your registration payment below by entering payment information and additional attendee information.

You will again receive a payment confirmation email in the email address associated with your ARWA account.
